Job summary

CECO Environmental, based in Heerenveen, Netherlands, seeks a Regional Sales & Business Development Manager Europe. You will drive profitable growth for Mefiag and Kemco across Europe, combining business development, account management and solution selling.

You will develop new customers, distributors and partnerships, while expanding Kemco's presence and strengthening Mefiag's position. Travel across Europe (40-60%) and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
Proven track record in developing new business opportunities.
Experience selling capital equipment, engineered solutions or industrial systems.
Fluency in English; Dutch and/or German are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop a European growth strategy for Mefiag and Kemco.
Identify and penetrate new markets, industries and applications across Europe.
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
Lead the complete sales process from prospecting to contract closure.
Negotiate commercial agreements and support renewals.
Provide product presentations and technical demonstrations; collaborate with engineering and product teams.
