Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) seeks an Operational Excellence Specialist/Manager to drive continuous improvement across our supply chain network. You will partner with site leaders to deploy improvement roadmaps, standardise processes, and implement new technologies that enhance performance and capability.

Fluent English is essential, and occasional travel to manufacturing sites and head office locations will be required as part of cross‑country collaboration and capability building.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance analysis and continuous improvement within manufacturing or operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes and how to drive measurable improvements.
• Proven ability to lead or support projects delivering business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the continuous improvement roadmap for your area.
• Lead initiatives to improve performance, efficiency and capability across the network.
• Embed best practices, standardise processes and leverage new technology to boost operations.
• Design and deliver training on Operational Excellence methodologies and tools.
