EPEX SPOT SPOT seeks a Market Operations professional to monitor and publish reference prices for daily auctions, support 400+ members, and coordinate with IT, Membership, and Sales teams across Europe. The role covers incident management, data reporting, and ongoing process improvements.

Affinity or strong interest in energy, exchanges, markets, or energy transition.
At least 1 year of experience in an operational team or similar role.

Responsibilities

Run auction markets, ensure daily trade execution, and publish price references for 20+ auctions.
Coordinate with IT, Membership, and Sales/Communication partners; liaise with ECC and system providers.
Participate in agile Scrum teams for system releases and contribute to new services and products.
Provide customer support to 400+ EPEX SPOT members and manage client setups and queries.
