Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is seeking an Internal Controls Specialist to deliver the Internal Controls strategy across European business units, reporting to the Internal Controls Associate Manager – Europe. You will perform financial risk assessments, lead control walkthroughs, review controls testing, and drive SAP Signavio and Optro Analytics enabled improvements to the control environment.

This role partners with offshore teams in Ahmedabad and Genpact, supporting governance, policy rollout,

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Qualified accountant (CPA, CIA, CA) preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
• Experience with SOX/ICFR and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in risk assessment across European units.
• Lead control walkthroughs and tests of design/effectiveness.
• Review controls documentation and test work-papers.
• Coordinate with offshore team in Ahmedabad and Genpact for testing programs.
• Support policy rollout and training.
