Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Analyst for Global IT Internal Controls to drive the IT controls program across NA, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. You will oversee design assessments, implement controls, monitor testing, and report on SOX compliance across SAP and non-SAP environments.

You will lead analytics-driven monitoring, coordinate with India Delivery Center, and mentor the GCC team to strengthen automation and governance of ITGC controls within a large multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Information Systems; CPA/CISA/CISM/CIA experience preferred
• Experience with IT audit or IT controls; 3+ years preferred
• Familiarity with COBIT and COSO in IT systems and processes
• Strong SOX testing background and control remediation capability

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the annual IT Controls plan with management and India Delivery Center
• Lead automation and analytics for risk monitoring and exception reporting
• Review SAP S/4 and non-SAP implementation processes for IT control considerations
• Maintain reporting dashboards for IT controls and SOX compliance
• Deliver IT controls training to uplift knowledge across the team
• Remediate control deficiencies within agreed timeframes
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits
