We value 5+ years in B2B sales within Food Ingredients or Fine Chemicals, with a strong English proficiency and an entrepreneurial mindset to build a territory across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Food Ingredients or Fine Chemicals.
• Experience with Amino Acids or Minerals preferred.
• Fluent in English; multilingual in German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build a European territory remotely.

Responsibilities

• Drive European growth and hunt for new business opportunities in food ingredients and nutraceuticals.
• Manage full sales cycles from lead generation to negotiations and long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor moves to position our portfolio effectively.
• Travel across Europe to meet clients and participate in major trade fairs.
