Vanderlande seeks a Finance Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe to lead the regional tax and compliance team and strengthen the tax framework across our European operations. You will manage day‑to‑day tax activities, guide cross-country tax matters, and work with Group Tax and local Finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 8+ years in tax/compliance, leadership experience, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in tax, compliance or related finance role in an international environment.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax and compliance requirements.
• Experience with process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead Europe Tax & Compliance team and coordinate activities.
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant tax reporting across Europe.
• Collaborate with Group Tax, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury and Payroll.
• Drive standardization and process improvements across European tax activities.
