The Boeing Company is seeking a Regional Director, Material Sales - Europe to lead and grow our aerospace materials sales across Europe, including Amsterdam, Madrid, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Paris, or London. The role is hybrid, with some onsite requirements at listed locations, decided by the hiring team.

Responsibilities include managing a sales team, achieving LRBP targets, developing client partnerships, and collaborating with Boeing units to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the aerospace sector.
• Deep knowledge of aerospace materials planning, sourcing, and procurement.
• Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach a regional sales team in Europe to meet LRBP and sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and win new business.
• Collaborate with Boeing business units to implement effective sales approaches and optimize resources.
