Job summary

DNV is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager – Europe to grow our Medical business across Europe, with a focus on ISO 13485, MDSAP, MDR and IVDR. You will identify opportunities, build trusted relationships with medical device players, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award.

You will collaborate with technical, operational and sales teams to translate complex regulatory needs into customer value, while maintaining a strong pipeline and delivering on growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Business.
• 2–5 years in sales or business development in medical devices or diagnostics.
• Knowledge of EU IVDR framework is highly preferred.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a healthy pipeline across ISO 13485, MDSAP, MDR and IVDR.
• Identify and win new customer opportunities in priority European markets.
• Own opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Coordinate with technical, operational and sales teams for delivery readiness.
• Monitor market, regulatory, customer and competitor developments and report insights.
