Qualifications

• Proven experience in aluminum scrap procurement or related materials.
• Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of aluminum alloys, scrap qualities and recycling value chains.
• Ability to interpret market intelligence, pricing mechanisms and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Europe.
• Fluent English; Norwegian is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for aluminum scrap across Europe.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and networks.
• Analyze scrap market trends, pricing and supply dynamics.
