Job summary

MPower Plus seeks an End User Computing Support Consultant in Rotterdam (Hybrid) for a 6-12+ month contract. You will perform deskside support, IMACD tasks and hardware break/fix across endpoints, peripherals, and basic server services. Strong troubleshooting and AD/Entra ID/Intune know-how are required.

Experience with switches/routers, wireless APs, Sophos firewalls, and vendor coordination is valued. Professional English is required; Dutch is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in EUC/deskside support, IMACD and hardware break/fix.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, applications, printing, connectivity and peripherals.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Patch My PC and endpoint security.
• Working knowledge of switches, routers, wireless access points, Sophos firewalls, servers, UPS and print services.
• Experience with component replacement, upgrades, vendor/OEM coordination and remote-hands support.
• Required authorization/certification for onsite network maintenance and break/fix activities.
• Self-motivated and able to learn new technologies; professional English required and Dutch preferred.
