Job summary

YETI is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel based in Amsterdam to lead the EU legal function, focusing on commercial contracting, regulatory, employment, and data privacy. You’ll partner with global teams, advise leadership, and establish scalable processes as the region’s first in-house lawyer.

• Extensive experience in commercial contracting and in-house advisory work.
• Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks including GDPR and consumer/commercial regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, global company.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (sales, distribution, vendor, licensing).
• Provide strategic legal guidance to EU Commercial leadership aligned with global objectives.
• Coordinate with global Legal & Compliance on risk, investigations, governance, and budgets.
• Support employment, regulatory compliance, marketing, consumer protection, and data privacy matters.
