Job summary

Trip.Com Group is seeking a Regulatory Compliance professional to support Dutch regulatory and licensing initiatives, including the extension of the Dutch PI licence scope. The role covers regulatory reporting, governance, and payment compliance across the OTA business while collaborating with Compliance, Legal, Payments, Finance and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of EU payments regulation and the regulatory environment for payment institutions.
• Experience interpreting EU and non-EU payment regulations such as PSD3.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Compliance, Legal, Payments, Finance, Product and other teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior management and regulators.
• Background in risk, compliance, law or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements and own selected submissions, including data collection, validation, submission and follow-up.
• Provide compliance assessment and advice on new products, features and business initiatives within the EU.
• Support quarterly board meetings and other governance events with clear updates on risks and actions.
• Oversee outsourced functions and ensure remediation actions are tracked and closed.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-friendly solutions for senior stakeholders.
