Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for our Venray site in the Netherlands. The role focuses on HR operations, recruitment, compliance with European employment law, and the adoption of digital HR solutions. It is an on-site position with Friday working mandatory.

You will support employees and managers throughout the lifecycle, develop HR processes, and collaborate across functions to strengthen the HR function while leveraging AI-enabled tools where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR regulations.
• Experience in international environments and cross-border HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad operational HR support for the Venray site.
• Manage employee relations, absence management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Develop and improve HR processes with digital/AI-enabled solutions.
• Support payroll-related activities and HR reporting.
