Job summary

Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam is seeking a proactive Pre- and Post-Award Grant Officer for the Research Office to manage the full grant lifecycle, including Horizon Europe and MSCA networks. You will liaise with researchers, consortium partners, and support services to secure funding and ensure successful project delivery.

The role covers pre-award identification, proposal development, and post-award financial and administrative duties, with hybrid work options and a 0.6–0.8 FTE arrangement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in research support, grant management, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Support researchers through the full grant lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission and reporting.
• Coordinate pre-award activities for European and national collaborative funding programmes.
• Assist with post-award project administration and financial management.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor requirements and timelines.
