Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Breda invites recent graduates to join the Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program, a 2.5-year rotation designed to accelerate careers in the end-to-end supply chain across Europe. You’ll experience on-the-job work, classroom and online training, and cross-functional exposure within a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (supply chain, business, engineering, data science, biotech)
• High academic achievement demonstrated by university performance
• Interest in multifunctional assignments across a global supply chain
• Professional experience in a relevant business area (min 3 months, max 2 years by Dec 31, 2026)
• EU geographic flexibility and authorization to work in EU/Switzerland

Responsibilities

• Participating in planning, production and distribution of products and services
• Maintaining or improving manufacturing cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance
• Collaborating with internal customers and suppliers to drive key decisions
• Learning about designing or redesigning new products
• Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance
• Keeping the customer at the center of our actions
