Johnson & Johnson is offering a Global Operations Leadership Development (GOLD) Program for recent graduates. The 2.5-year program combines challenging work rotations with formal training across end-to-end global supply chain functions.

Start date is Summer 2027 with a 2.5-year structured path toward leadership. The program includes multiple rotations across EU and Switzerland, exposure to operations, procurement, quality, planning, and logistics, plus strong networking and global collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain, business administration, business management, data science, biotechnology, health sciences and technology, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning, production and distribution of products and services.
• Maintain or improve manufacturing operational cost, efficiency, capacity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal customers and external vendors to drive key business decisions and outcomes.
• Learn about designing or redesigning new products.
• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
• Understand the impact of the business on the customer experience.
