Job summary

GoodLife Foods in Breda is seeking an ESG Intern to help standardise Sedex usage across the organisation and support ESG improvements. You will work with HR, QESH, Operations and site teams to develop a practical evidence library and translate audit findings into concrete actions.

You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field, are fluent in English and Dutch, and enjoy structured, data‑driven work with various stakeholders. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Interest in ESG and responsible business practices
• Structured and accurate data handling
• Independent, proactive and collaborative with stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing); Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review Sedex profiles and questionnaires and standardise them across locations
• Collect information with HR, QESH, Operations and site teams
• Develop a standardised evidence library for all locations
• Analyse risks and SMETA audit findings and translate into actions
• Create guidance enabling locations to maintain Sedex information
