Job summary

Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam is seeking an ESG Management Intern to support sustainability initiatives across strategy, reporting and projects. You will assist the ESG Manager, participate in the CSR Committee, and help drive dashboards and data analysis.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in sustainability management within a luxury hospitality setting, with opportunities to rotate across departments and attend trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor education in Hospitality Management or ESG.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Seeking a management internship position.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.
• Well organized with a passion for sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Assist ESG Manager with sustainability projects.
• Participate in CSR Committee activities.
• Conduct strategic analysis and report ESG metrics.
• Design and implement dashboard tracking in Excel.
• Engage with employees, clients and partners on sustainability.
• Support audits and documentation reviews.
• Develop innovative ideas to enhance sustainability efforts.
