Job summary

Philips is offering an internship in Sustainability and Compliance to support ESG reporting, CSRD compliance, and annual report content. The role involves coordinating with the Sustainability Reporting Officer and multiple teams to deliver timely, accurate disclosures.

The intern will work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting data collection, process improvements, and stakeholder management. English fluency is required, with 3+ days in the office per week at Amsterdam/Eindhoven

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, HR, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability or corporate reporting
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with data
• Organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in an international environment
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Support ESG and CSRD reporting by tracking timelines, deliverables and milestones
• Collect, organize and check sustainability data for accurate reporting
• Contribute to Annual Report content via drafting and disclosure checks
• Coordinate with Philips teams to gather input and keep reporting activities moving
• Help improve reporting processes by maintaining trackers and documentation
