Job summary

All About Work is seeking an ERP specialist to support financial- and purchasing-management in an ERPx environment. You will configure, develop, test, implement and document functional enhancements and migrations, coordinating with internal users and external suppliers.

Your role includes training, knowledge transfer and post-delivery support. Requirements include Dutch language proficiency at C1 level, at least 3 years in ERP system administration or functional management, and hands-on

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Unit4 ERPx.
• Demonstrated ability to configure, develop, test, implement and document functional enhancements and migrations.
• Experience in coordinating with functional administrators, purchasing and finance teams, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain posting and obligation processes for procurement to reflect goods receipts and new periods.
• Develop a postback mechanism for reading purchase requests and add missing fields.
• Create read sheets for sub-projects and projects, updating master data and adding new records with validation and error handling.
• Develop an in- read sheet for projects updates with validation rules and error handling.
• Design an App Studio purchase request form and integrate it with existing workflow to the requester.
• Collaborate weekly with the client, functional management and procurement teams.
• Participate in test and acceptance sessions.
• Provide user and administrator documentation and training materials.
• Support during the transition period after delivery.
