• Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes.

• Experience managing large-scale systems integrators and offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle-to-SAP transformation strategy across manufacturing and corporate functions.
• Define and drive the ERP programme roadmap, governance structure, and key milestones.
• Partner with business leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, finance, and IT.
• Ensure SAP solution design supports critical operational processes and business objectives.
• Oversee programme risks, dependencies, resource planning, and executive reporting.
• Manage relationships with SAP implementation partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive alignment between enterprise architecture, business process transformation, and ERP deployment activities.
• Provide leadership across data migration, integrations, reporting, security, and operational readiness workstreams.
• Support change management and business adoption initiatives across the organisation.
• Report regularly to programme sponsors and steering committees.

Role Overview

A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Director to provide strategic leadership throughout a major Oracle-to-SAP migration programme. The role will serve as the senior technology and business transformation lead, ensuring the future SAP landscape supports manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and long-term business objectives.

The successful candidate will act as the bridge between executive leadership, operational stakeholders, and programme delivery teams while overseeing governance, business process alignment, and ERP transformation execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle-to-SAP transformation strategy across manufacturing and corporate functions.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Proven delivery experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle-to-SAP transformation environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, procurement, warehousing, and production planning processes.
• Experience operating at Director, Head of Enterprise Applications, Head of Business Systems, or Technology Transformation leadership level.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting with executive leadership teams.
• Experience managing large-scale systems integrators and offshore delivery teams.Demonstrated ability to deliver complex business and technology transformation programmes.

Preferred Experience

• Discrete manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, engineering, chemicals, life sciences, or consumer products experience.
• Knowledge of SAP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics modules.
• Experience with global template deployments and multi-country rollouts.
• Familiarity with target operating model design and business process harmonisation.
