Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities for a major ERP transformation programme based in Randstad, Netherlands. You will own the end-to-end testing strategy, planning and execution, working with programme, functional, technical and business teams to ensure the solution is fully tested and ready for deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience as ERP Test Manager or Test Lead on large-scale ERP programmes.
• Strong end-to-end ERP testing experience, preferably in a Cloud ERP transformation.
• Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with other major ERP Cloud platforms will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the overall ERP testing strategy and approach.
• Develop and maintain test plans, schedules, scenarios and scripts.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing activities.
• Coordinate testing across functional, technical and business teams.
• Manage test resources, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Track defects through to resolution and ensure appropriate prioritisation.
• Provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, issues and readiness.
• Work closely with project and programme management to ensure testing aligns with key milestones.
• Coordinate business stakeholders during UAT and support effective sign-off.
• Ensure appropriate testing governance, processes and documentation are in place.
• Support cutover and go-live readiness activities where required.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an ERP Test Manager or Test Lead on large-scale ERP programmes.
• Strong end-to-end ERP testing experience, ideally within a Cloud ERP transformation.
• Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with other major ERP Cloud platforms will be considered.
• Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Experience managing testing teams, vendors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong defect management and test reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced transformation environment.
