Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an ER Coordinator to support Benelux operations, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and confidential handling of sensitive data. The role partners with ER COE, ER Partner teams, Employment Law, and Compliance to deliver fair, consistent ER services across the region.

You will manage case work, terminations, and policy guidance, while coaching managers on process adherence and system navigation. The position emphasizes discretion and professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with working experience or High School diploma with 3 years administrative/project coordinator experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and strong skills in program/process design and process improvement.
• Working knowledge of Dutch and Belgian government and Law, experience in Employee & Labour Relations and Employment Law and knowledge of ER Procedures & processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides ER COE team project coordination and support in effective case management of people-related issues such as ER concerns, disciplinaries, terminations, and investigations.
• Manages record keeping for various programs and processes with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Executes terminations within scope of support and provides materials/tools for exit processes.
• Drives manager accountability through coaching and process/navigation oversight.
• Expert on termination processes including Workday transactions, IT requirements, payroll, and unemployment claims.
