Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen invites you to join its Equity Research Life Sciences internship, a 3 to 6 month program starting mid-October to early November 2026. As an intern you will contribute to research reports sent to investors and gain hands-on experience across Europe.

You will analyze sectors and companies with senior analysts, prepare reports, and collaborate with Sales and Trading teams. Benefits include an internship allowance of €1100 and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master degree (scientific); affinity with financial markets and the Life Sciences sector.
• A pro-active mindset with good communication and entrepreneurial skills.
• Good mastery of English, both oral and written.

Do you have an interest in financial markets and an affinity with Life Sciences (biotech, pharma, medtech, diagnostics) and are you up for the challenge? and become a part of the Equity Research Life Sciences team for a period of 3 to 6 months!

The Equity Research teams are continuously looking for talented students that will operate as fully-fledged team members. As an intern, you will contribute to our research reports which are sent to investors.

That is what you will use your talents for as an Equity Research Intern at Van Lanschot Kempen. During the intensive period, you will become acquainted with the basics of the equity brokerage business and obtain in-depth knowledge of the European Life Sciences sector.

You also have the following tasks:

• Carry out sector and company analysis in cooperation with the team's research analysts;
• Preparing reports;
• Working with the Sales and Trading teams

We are looking for an intern to join us in mid-October and beginning of November 2026!

Your talents

Exceptional writing and communication, an eye for detail and analytical skills. This is how we can best describe you in the position of Equity Research: Life Sciences – Internship. Talents that you use to guide your customers in a constantly changing world every day. By thinking out of the box and asking questions. And all will be well if you also have an academic background in the Life Sciences field and an affinity for the financial sector. You also have:
