Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an entry level Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support global and regional regulatory efforts within the IT sector. You will help research laws, prepare reports, and maintain compliance documentation under supervision, contributing to risk mitigation and policy development.

You will gain practical experience in compliance monitoring, audits, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization, working in a hybrid environment typical for the IT services sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, business, compliance, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in compliance (CCEP, CISSP, or CRCM).
• Entry level knowledge of laws and regulations in IT industry.
• Entry level experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in IT.
• Entry level experience with auditing, reporting, and documentation.
• Experience in a global matrixed organization, preferably IT services.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research on global and regional laws, regulations and industry standards affecting IT.
• Stays updated on regulatory changes and impact on the company.
• Assists in preparation and maintenance of compliance docs and reports.
• Supports compliance monitoring, audits, and documentation updates.
• Assists in updating policies and guidelines for regulatory alignment.
• Maintains records and incident logs for compliance activities.
• Participates in compliance training to understand standards and best practices.
• Identifies potential compliance risks and helps develop mitigation plans.
• Reviews contracts for basic compliance with legal obligations.
