Start People is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. You will work with aluminium and steel to manufacture products for movable spaces and related systems. The role offers hands-on training and gradual growth into an independent worker with a broad technical skill set.

You will learn by doing, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and quality. Dutch language proficiency is important, and prior metalworking experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on personality with an interest in technology.
• Able to work accurately and take pride in quality.
• Willing to learn new tasks and adapt.
• Good manual dexterity and comfort with tools.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with colleagues.
• Dutch language: good spoken and written skills.
• MBO qualification is an advantage, not required.
• Experience in metalworking or production is beneficial, but not necessary.
• We will teach reading technical drawings if you cannot yet read them.

Responsabilités

• Assemble components.
• Process and work with aluminium and steel.
• Cut, drill, and grind metal components.
• Assemble and finish various parts.
• Check work for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain tools and keep workspace tidy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure final products meet standards.
