Job summary

Boar's Head Brand in the Netherlands is seeking a General Employee to assist in multiple departments with duties assigned by Supervisors and Managers. The role involves standing and walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, and potential exposure to cold and wet conditions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will follow GMPs and SOPs, work as part of a team, and communicate effectively to meet product specifications while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write at a basic level.
• Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimal guidance.
• Experience working in a team and communicating effectively.
• Must comply with GMPs, SOPs and plant rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks as assigned by Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Keep pace with the line and maintain productivity.
• Work as a team to meet product specifications safely and efficiently.
• Assist other departments as needed by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, plant rules and policies.
• Follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Strive to satisfy internal and external customers.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Other duties may be assigned.
