Job summary

Nedap Security is seeking an Enterprise Trust Lead to shape and scale our Enterprise Trust across SaaS solutions, partnering with Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales. You will lead strategic trust initiatives and help translate standards into practical engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern software and SaaS architectures.
• Experience with enterprise security and assurance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Experience working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Security and Compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with enterprise customers.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap and priorities for Enterprise Trust across SaaS solutions and mature Nedap Security as an enterprise-ready software organization.
• Review security architecture, shape customer trust documentation and work with Product/Engineering on key topics.
• Guide strategic customers through security assessments, procurement and contracting; act as trusted partner for CISOs and procurement teams.
• Bring together Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales to address enterprise requirements in the customer journey.
• Translate frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2 and privacy regulations into practical engineering practices (Security by Design, Privacy by Design).
• Strengthen Enterprise Trust capabilities by improving Trust Package, coordinating certifications and advising leadership.
