Job summary

Nedap Security is seeking an Enterprise Trust Lead to shape and scale our Enterprise Trust across SaaS solutions, partnering with Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales. You will lead strategic trust initiatives and help translate standards into practical engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with modern software and SaaS architectures.
• Experience with enterprise security and assurance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
• Experience working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Security and Compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with enterprise customers.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap and priorities for Enterprise Trust across SaaS solutions and mature Nedap Security as an enterprise-ready software organization.
• Review security architecture, shape customer trust documentation and work with Product/Engineering on key topics.
• Guide strategic customers through security assessments, procurement and contracting; act as trusted partner for CISOs and procurement teams.
• Bring together Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales to address enterprise requirements in the customer journey.
• Translate frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2 and privacy regulations into practical engineering practices (Security by Design, Privacy by Design).
• Strengthen Enterprise Trust capabilities by improving Trust Package, coordinating certifications and advising leadership.

As Enterprise Trust Lead, you help Nedap Security build exactly that.

You will shape and continuously strengthen our Enterprise Trust capability, enabling us to scale our SaaS solutions and support increasingly complex enterprise environments with confidence. From Security by Design and Privacy by Design to customer assurance, certifications and strategic enterprise deals, you make trust a natural part of how we build products and work together.

This is not a traditional management or compliance role. It is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys building, improving and connecting people. You combine technical understanding with strategic thinking and know how to bring Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales together around a shared ambition.

Around 40% of your time is spent supporting strategic enterprise customers and complex commercial opportunities. The remaining time is dedicated to strengthening and scaling our Enterprise Trust capability across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Define the vision, roadmap and priorities for Enterprise Trust across our SaaS solutions. Help Nedap Security continue to mature as an enterprise-ready software organization;
• Take an active role in our most important trust initiatives by reviewing security architecture, shaping customer trust documentation and working closely with Product and Engineering on topics that matter most;
• Guide strategic customers through security assessments, procurement and contracting. Act as a trusted discussion partner for CISOs, security teams and procurement organizations;
• Bring together Product, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales to ensure enterprise customer requirements are addressed consistently throughout the customer journey;
• Help translate frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 and privacy regulations into practical engineering practices, including Security by Design, Privacy by Design and security design reviews;
• Continuously strengthen our Enterprise Trust capability by improving our Trust Package, coordinating certifications and advising leadership on developments in security, privacy and compliance.

Your team

You will become part of the Portfolio Management team within Nedap Security.

From this position, you work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Information Security, Privacy, Legal and Sales. Together with our Enterprise Trust Engineers, you build the capabilities that enable Nedap Security to grow as a trusted enterprise software partner.

As an Enterprise Trust Lead at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our mission: helping people become happier and more successful in their professional lives. The salary range for this role is between € 5.000 and € 6.500 gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with enterprise customers;
• A pragmatic mindset with a strong drive to improve rather than add unnecessary complexity;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers, commercial teams and senior customer stakeholders;
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
