Job summary

Stafide is seeking a TA&S Architect / Enterprise Solution Architect to lead architectural governance across enterprise programs. You will review, challenge, and approve designs, ensure alignment with security standards, and guide strategic use-case teams from definition through delivery.

• 8–10 years of professional experience in enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience as Domain/Enterprise/Lead Solution Architect.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Act as the architectural authority for the program and approve designs.
• Ensure designs align with standards, security, and target-state architecture.
• Provide architectural guidance to use-case groups through delivery.
• Define and support solution architecture patterns for exposure management and resilience.
• Drive architecture consistency across workstreams and promote reuse.
• Engage early in use-case definition to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Document decisions and maintain governance and traceability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
