Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV is seeking an Enterprise Planning Support to assist the Enterprise Planner in end-to-end deliveries to customers. You will handle order intake, forecasts, deviations, and invoicing, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.

You will work within a team that values collaboration, continuous development, and ownership while contributing to innovative projects in high-tech environments.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 4 education with relevant work experience, or a Bachelor's degree (HBO) in a commercial, business, or logistics-related field.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of and experience with operational and logistics processes is an advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an optimal order book within the order fulfilment process from intake to invoicing.
• Support Enterprise Planners by handling administrative, logistical and coordination tasks.
• Process order intake and forecasts.
• Daily invoicing activities.
• Manage the customer mailbox.
• Improve and optimize processes within multidisciplinary project teams.
