Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree and 10+ years in digital technology.
• Background in strategy consultancy and enterprise architecture.
• Experience architecting enterprise-grade digital sales/marketing platforms.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture strategy for Commerce aligning with functional and D&T plans.
• Develop blueprints and transition architectures with principles and reusable components.
• Be a sparring partner for the Commerce Leadership team and support strategic planning, governance and alignment.
• Provide architectural direction for large change programs and ensure standards compliance.
• Guide Solution Architects and Engineering teams, fostering curiosity and continuous learning.
• Guard architectural integrity and long-term platform sustainability.
