Jobster in Nijmegen zoekt een nauwkeurige professional voor productie- en lasactiviteiten binnen een hightech, groeiende organisatie. Je interpreteert technische tekeningen en bereidt laswerkzaamheden voor, stelt orbital welding machines en laskoppen in en optimaliseert lasprogramma's waar nodig.

Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst (6:00–14:30 en 14:30–23:00) met doorgroeimogelijkheden, ontvangt 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld, en een kilometervergoeding van €0,25.

Qualifikationen

• In staat tekeningen te lezen en te interpreteren.
• Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving waar precisie essentieel is.
• Laservaring, bij voorkeur TIG.
• Bereid om in een tweeploegensysteem te werken.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.
• Eigen onderkomen en vervoer beschikbaar.

Aufgaben

• Interpreteren van technische tekeningen en lasactiviteiten voorbereiden.
• Instellen en bedienen van orbital welding machines en laskoppen.
• Aanpassen en optimaliseren van lasprogramma's waar nodig.
• Productie van kleine partijen en maatwerkcomponenten met hoge nauwkeurigheid.
• Inspecteren van voltooide producten en kwaliteitscontroles volgens specificaties.
• Voorbereiden van dunwandige roestvrijstalen buis (diameter 5–20 mm) voor verdere assemblage.

Your Responsibilities are:

• Interpret technical drawings and prepare welding activities accordingly.
• Set up and operate orbital welding machines and welding heads.
• Adjust and optimize welding programs when required.
• Manufacture small production batches and custom-made components with high accuracy.
• Inspect completed products and perform quality checks according to specifications.
• Prepare thin-walled stainless steel tubing (diameter 5-20 mm) for further assembly operations.

Functie-eisen

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Good command of either English or Dutch.
• Own accommodation and transportation available.
