Job summary

Jobster in Nijmegen-regio zoekt een gedreven lasser voor een fulltime rol in een high‑tech productieomgeving. Je interpreteert tekeningen en bereidt lassactiviteiten voor, en bedient orbitaan lasmachines en laskoppen voor kwaliteit.

Je werkt aan kleine productie- en maatwerkkoppelingen met hoge nauwkeurigheid en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens specificaties. Ervaring met TIG-lassen is een pluspunt; eigen huisvesting/ vervoer is beschikbaar.

Qualifications

• Tekeningen lezen en begrijpen van productietekeningen.
• Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving waarin precisie essentieel is.
• Ervaring met TIG-lassen is een pluspunt.
• Nauwkeurig werken en procedures volgen.
• Bereid zijn te werken in een tweeploegendienst.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.
• Eigen huisvesting en vervoer beschikbaar.

Responsibilities

• Tekeningen interpreteren en lassactiviteiten voorbereiden.
• Opzetten en bedienen van orbitaal lasmachines en laskoppen.
• Lassenprogramma's aanpassen en optimaliseren indien nodig.
• Kleine productie- en maatwerkonderdelen vervaardigen met hoge nauwkeurigheid.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens specificaties.
• Dunwandige stainless steel buis (diameter 5–20 mm) voorbereiden voor verdere bewerkingen.

Your technical expertise, precision, and commitment to quality will help ensure flawless production processes. This position offers excellent opportunities to further develop your technical capabilities within an innovative and growing organization.

Your Responsibilities are:

• Interpret technical drawings and prepare welding activities accordingly.
• Set up and operate orbital welding machines and welding heads.
• Adjust and optimize welding programs when required.
• Manufacture small production batches and custom-made components with high accuracy.
• Inspect completed products and perform quality checks according to specifications.
• Prepare thin-walled stainless steel tubing (diameter 5–20 mm) for further assembly operations.

• Salary between €3,900 and €4,250 gross per month.
• A full-time contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Work in a 2-shift system.

• (14.30-23.00)
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

• Welding experience, preferably TIG welding, is considered an advantage.

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system.
• Good command of either English or Dutch.
• Own accommodation and transportation available.
