Job summary

Qualifications

• Technische opleiding afgerond in mechanische engineering, mechatronics, precisie engineering, productie-techniek of vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
• Ervaring met lezen van technische tekeningen en werken met precisie meetapparatuur.
• Gestructureerde, detailgerichte werkhouding en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Beschikbaarheid voor fulltime en bereidheid tot tweeploegendienst: 06:00–14:30 en 14:30–23:00.
• Goede Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden en basis MS Office vaardigheden.
• Eigen huisvesting en vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van onderdelen en opgeleverde producten voordat verzending.
• Uitvoeren van dimensionale inspecties op basis van technische tekeningen en specificaties.
• Meten van producten met calipers, micrometers en andere precisie-meetapparatuur.
• Identificeren van afwijkingen en documenteren van non-conformiteiten.
• Opstellen van inspectierapporten en andere kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
• Vrijgave van producten die voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen.
• Nauw samenwerken met productie- en assembleerteams om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen.
• Bijdragen aan ideeën om inspectie- en productieprocessen te verbeteren.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and other quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to identify and resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

This is a hands‑on technical position on the production floor of a high‑tech company, not a laboratory role.

You also have:

• A completed technical education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar field, combined with experience in technical manufacturing, assembly or high‑tech production;
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings and working with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured, detail‑oriented approach to your work and an interest in solving quality issues;
• Full‑time availability and willingness to work in a two‑shift schedule: 06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00;
• Good English communication skills and basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
