Job summary

Start People in Nijmegen is seeking a Production Employee to support various stages of the production process, ensuring work is completed on time and meets quality standards.

You will operate machines, assemble and install, inspect quality, identify deviations, and collaborate with colleagues to meet daily schedules. A good work ethic and willingness to learn are valued, Dutch or English language skills helpful.

• Thinking along with the team about practical improvements to the production process.You will receive clear instructions and guidance when you start. As you gain more experience, you will gradually be able to carry out more tasks independently.

You do not need to be an experienced Production Employee for this position. A good work ethic and the motivation to learn the trade are more important to us.
