Job summary

Jobster zoekt een Operator in de regio Nijmegen voor een 3-ploegendienstenrol in een kleine, hechte ploeg. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, afstellen en instellen van productieapparatuur en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met training en begeleiding van ervaren collega's, met kansen om technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen de organisatie.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau opleiding of gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
• Eerdere ervaring als operator of procesoperator is gewenst.
• Beschikbaarheid voor 3-ploegendienst.
• Goede beheersing van Engels; Nederlands is een plus.
• Precies werken en focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht werken.
• Leergierig en gemotiveerd om technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen.
• Eigen woonruimte in de regio Nijmegen en eigen vervoer.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, afstellen en instellen van diverse productiemachines.
• Om schakelen en opzetten van productielijnen voor verschillende orders.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren meetresultaten.
• Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en oplossen van kleine technische storingen.
• Zorgen voor continue aanvoer van materialen en voorraad van de productielijn.
• Identificeren van verbeterpunten en meedenken over procesoptimalisatie.
• Veilig werken en de werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.
• Nauw samenwerken met collega's en teamleiders om productiedoelen te halen.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator, you play an important role in the production process. You ensure that the machines run efficiently and that the products meet the required quality standards. You will work in a small and friendly team where cooperation, sharing knowledge and supporting each other are highly valued.

The working environment is dynamic and varied, making technical insight, accuracy and flexibility important qualities. You will receive proper training and guidance from experienced colleagues, giving you the opportunity to quickly become familiar with the machines and production processes and further develop your technical skills.

• Operating, setting and adjusting various production machines;
• Changing over and setting up production lines for different production orders;
• Carrying out quality checks and recording measurement results;
• Performing minor preventive maintenance and resolving minor technical issues to prevent downtime;
• Ensuring a continuous supply of materials and keeping the production line properly stocked;
• Identifying potential improvements and actively contributing ideas to optimize the production process;
• Working safely and keeping your workplace clean and organized;
• Working closely with colleagues and team leaders to achieve production targets.

In short, this is a varied Operator position in a 3-shift system, where you will be part of a close-knit team and where your technical skills, commitment and ideas are genuinely appreciated.

• A competitive gross monthly salary of €3,500 - €3,700, including ADV and shift allowance, depending on your experience;

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an operator who is technically skilled, takes responsibility and likes to think ahead. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have MBO-level education or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
• You have previous experience as an operator or process operator and are ready for a new challenge;
• You are available to work in a 3-shift system;
• You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus;
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality and safety;
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team;
• You are eager to learn and motivated to further develop your technical skills;
• You have your own accommodation in the Nijmegen area and your own means of transportation to get to work.
