Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een Technical Operator voor onze productieomgeving in Cuijk of Heijen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt laten draaien van de productielijn en ondersteunt bij beheer en onderhoud.

Qualifications

• Technische vaardigheden aantoonbaar.
• Minimaal MBO niveau 3 diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en monitoren van de productielijn.

• Samenwerken met onderhoudstechnici aan grotere reparaties.
• Technische specials bellen bij onoplossbare problemen.
• Werken volgens procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen.
• Ondersteunen en trainen van operators.
• Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Technical Operator, you are responsible for ensuring that your production line operates safely, efficiently and effectively. After an intensive on-the-job training period and guidance from an internal coach, you will get to know the machine inside and out and eventually be able to operate the entire production line independently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring the production line;
• Working with control and automation systems;
• Monitoring production progress, quality and safety;
• Identifying, analyzing and resolving process disruptions;
• Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks;
• Working together with maintenance technicians on larger or more complex repairs;
• Calling in technical specialists when a problem cannot be resolved independently;
• Working according to established procedures, standards and safety regulations;
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and more efficient ways of working;
• Supporting and training new and existing operators;
• Keeping the work environment clean and safe;
• Preparing for and participating in the morning meeting.

You will work closely with your colleagues and share responsibility for the machine and production results. From the start of your shift through to the handover to the next team, you will work together to ensure that the production process runs as smoothly as possible.

Over het bedrijf

You will be working at our production facility in Cuijk or Heijen, where we recycle, manufacture and process various types of paper for customers in the Netherlands and abroad. Our converting department produces a wide range of paper products, including napkins, paper towels and toilet paper. But in another factory from this company they produce incontinence products and wet wipes. Dependens on your experience in which factory you will start, the company makes the decision where you are going to start.

These products are supplied to, among others, major fast-food chains, hospitals and amusement parks and are well known under the TORK brand.
