Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een ervaren lasersnijoperator voor een productieomgeving waar kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheid centraal staan. Je werkt met een geavanceerde lasersnijmachine en roestvrij staal, zorgt voor een nauwkeurige productie en onderhoudt de apparatuur.

Vereisten: minimaal mbo-niveau 3, ervaring met lasersnijden/CNC, technische tekeninglezen, en bereidheid tot twee ploegen. Wonen in Nederland is vereist en Engels is een pluspunt.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met lasersnijden en het bedienen van CNC-machines is een voordeel.
• Het lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen vereist.
• Bereidheid tot twee ploegenrooster.
• Wonen en werken in Nederland is vereist.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichtheid.

Responsibilities

• Machine-instelling en bediening: parameters configureren en nauwkeurig snijden volgens specificaties.
• Laser snijden: efficiënt snijproces, voornamelijk roestvrij staal.
• Kwaliteitscontrole: inspectie van afmetingen en kwaliteit van gezaagde onderdelen.
• Onderhoud en troubleshooting: routinematig onderhoud en oplossen van storingen.
• Teamwork en veiligheid: samenwerken met collega's en veilige werkomgeving waarborgen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Laser Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining an advanced laser cutting machine. You will work primarily with stainless steel and ensure that components are produced accurately, efficiently and in accordance with the applicable quality standards. You will work in a modern production environment, focusing on quality, safety and the smooth running of the production process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Machine setup and operation: You will configure the machine parameters and operate the laser cutting machine to cut materials accurately according to the required specifications.


• Laser cutting: You will ensure an efficient cutting process, working primarily with stainless steel.


• Quality control: You will inspect the quality and dimensions of the cut components and identify any deviations.


• Maintenance and troubleshooting: You will carry out routine machine maintenance and identify potential malfunctions or technical issues.


• Teamwork and safety: You will work closely with colleagues, coordinate tasks and help maintain a safe and tidy working environment.

Working hours

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00-15:00 or 15:00-01:00.


• Friday: 06:00-11:30 or 11:30-17:00.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a technically skilled Laser Operator who works accurately, takes responsibility and enjoys working with colleagues. You have a keen eye for quality and detail and contribute to an efficient production process.

What do you bring to the role?

• At least MBO level 3 working and thinking ability, preferably with a background in metalworking or mechanical engineering.


• Experience with laser cutting and operating CNC machines is an advantage.


• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.


• A precise working approach and a strong focus on detail and quality.


• Good communication skills and a strong team-oriented attitude.


• Technical aptitude and a sense of responsibility for your own work.


• Willingness to work a two-shift schedule.


• You must live and work in the Netherlands.


• Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
