Start People werven een industrieel schilder in de Nijmegen-regio. U bent verantwoordelijk voor voorbereiding, grit-blasting en thermisch spuiten, met oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Ervaring met overhead kranen is een voordeel en men werkt mogelijk in een 2-ploegendienst.

Het bedrijf biedt een vast contract, fulltime werkweek van 40 uur en een salaris tussen €3.600 en €3.800 bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag, met hoogwaardige werkkleding en ontwikkelingskansen.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO niveau 2 diploma in een technisch vak.
• Ervaring met metaalconservering en grit- of korundstralen.
• Ervaring met industriële schilder- of spuitwerk.
• Kennis van thermische spraying is een pré.
• Ervaring met het bedienen van een overhead crane is een voordeel.
• Bereidheid tot 2-ploegendienst.
• Nauwkeurig werken en oog voor detail.

Responsabilités

• Voorbereiden: metaaloppervlakken schoonmaken en voorbereiden.
• Blasting: de blastlijn bedienen met grit-corundum.
• Schoopering: thermische spraying toepassen ter bescherming tegen roest.
• Kwaliteitscontrole: inspecteren van behandelde producten.
• Teamwerk: nauw samenwerken met collega’s om productie op gang te houden.

Wat je gaat doen

As an industrial painter, you are responsible for preparing and treating metal surfaces. Your work ensures that the finished products are properly protected and meet the high-quality standards expected by customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing: cleaning and preparing metal surfaces for further treatment;
• Blasting: operating the blasting line and working with grit-corundum to treat metal surfaces;
• Schoopering: applying thermal spraying techniques to protect products against rust and corrosion;
• Quality control: inspecting treated products to make sure they meet the required quality standards;
• Teamwork: working closely with your colleagues to keep the production process running smoothly.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a technically skilled and precise industrial painter who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

• An MBO level 2 diploma in a technical field;
• Experience with metal preservation and grit or corundum blasting;
• Experience with industrial painting or similar spray-painting work;
• Knowledge of thermal spraying (schoopering) is a plus;
• Experience operating an overhead crane is an advantage;
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• You work accurately and have an eye for detail.
