Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with active C#/.NET stack.
• 2+ years in current-full-scope people management as an Engineering Manager.
• Hands-on coding background and preference for writing code.
• You use AI coding agents daily to guide team workflows.
• Strong grasp of architectural patterns (SOLID, TDD, DDD, CQRS) and PostgreSQL with RabbitMQ; microservices and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Own the squad's tech direction from design through production.
• Ensure delivery of reliable, complete solutions and production readiness.
• Stay hands-on: contribute production code, review, and know the system deeply.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to shape roadmaps and MVPs.
• Enforce coding standards and manage technical debt; evaluate new tech with Architects.
