Job summary

Weco is seeking an Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience in renewable energy technology. You will join a team of engineers working on real offshore energy projects and contribute to mechanical design, testing, data analysis, or software development depending on your background and interests.

To be eligible, you must be authorized to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not provided. You will work in a small, motivated team with mentorship and opportunities for thesis

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Curious mindset with initiative and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Available for at least 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical design, testing, data analysis, or software development.
• Contribute directly to ongoing development projects within a small team.

What you'll do

As an intern at Weco, you will contribute directly to ongoing development projects. You'll assist with mechanical design, testing, data analysis, or software development depending on your background and interests. You'll be part of a small, motivated team where your contributions matter from day one.
