We seek an Engineering Director to lead multiple teams delivering a scalable, secure, and data-intensive analytics platform, and to define architectural standards with cross-functional partners.

You will drive engineering excellence, mentor leaders, and shape roadmaps that enable AI-assisted experiences and robust production systems across geographies.

Qualifications

• Significant software engineering leadership experience across multiple geographies/time zones.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, data-intensive software products in production.
• Experience setting technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience introducing AI-enabled development practices across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SciVal’s engineering strategy and technical direction with Product, Data and Architecture.
• Define architectural standards across search, data, analytics, APIs and platform integration.
• Balance engineering excellence with cost efficiency and pragmatic delivery.
• Hire, coach and develop engineers, managers and leaders; manage workforce planning.
