Job summary

SII Netherlands is seeking a Business Developer Engineering to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, recruiting top engineering talent, and maintaining strong client relationships across the Dutch market.

You will combine business development with engineering recruitment and consultant follow-up, while collaborating with international SII entities to deliver expertise on major projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Proven ability to develop new business and recruit engineering talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of Dutch engineering clients.
• Recruit top engineering consultants and support onboarding.
• Manage RFQs, tenders, and contract negotiations with clients.
