Job summary

SilTerra Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Engineer / Senior Engineer in IT - HELPDESK to provide application support for Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion and BI tools.

You will handle administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and 7x24 support, ensuring business continuity and timely issue resolution. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, developing dashboards in Power BI, and coordinating with third-party consultants.

Responsibilities

• To provide IT application technical supports including administration, configuration, tuning and troubleshooting to ensure business continuity.
• Manage day to day operations and system problem solving, support on application functionality and application setup especially for Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Standby to provide 7 x 24 hours support onsite/remote support.
• To provide support and maintenance of Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Financial modules (GL,AP,AR,FA,Costing,Treasury).
• To provide Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle FRS and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) development and support.
• To provide support and maintenance of MyFab Portal/B2B/MyBus/ETL.
• To provide Dashboard (Microsoft Power BI) development and maintenance to end-users.
• Study on business needs or re-engineering and propose an effective solution.
• Gather and analyze user requirement to have better understanding in business needs.
• To support applications request, change control management and manage Project & Support Tracking.
• Coordinate discussion between business user and third-party consultant to discuss on issues and improvements and ensure solution is provided in timely manner.
