Sia, a next-generation energy consulting firm, seeks a junior consultant to join the Energy team in delivering impactful client solutions. You will define and analyze client requirements, work with stakeholders to shape outcomes, and contribute to projects across forecasting, data analytics, and energy transition. Amsterdam-based with flexible work options.

Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory; German is a plus. Master’s degree required and 0–3 years’ consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 0–3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Passion for energy; junior welcome.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to build expertise.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills; German is a plus.
• Able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Define and analyze client requirements for the solution to be implemented.
• Communicate with stakeholders to find the optimal solution and learn about the energy sector.
• Support assignments in energy projects such as forecasting, data analytics, market entry studies, and operational optimization.
• Work as a Business Analyst or PMO to shape client requirements and deliver results.
