Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a Project Engineer to manage the technical execution, planning, and coordination of engineering projects in power generation or related energy infrastructure facilities in the Netherlands. The role involves ensuring designs are safe and compliant with industry standards, managing budgets and schedules, and providing technical support to a variety of projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
Broad understanding of engineering principles, technical processes, and project delivery methodologies.
Experience in regulated environments with quality, safety, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Provide technical engineering support and consultancy services across all project phases.
Review and coordinate technical deliverables ensuring quality and compliance.
Develop engineering deliverables such as specifications, design documentation, testing procedures, and commissioning plans.
Lead meetings with clients, partners, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
Manage engineering activities through the project lifecycle including scope, planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
