Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience at a leading law firm.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in energy projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in energy markets.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and collaboration in international teams.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing key commercial agreements, including EPC contracts and PPAs.
• Advising on the development of energy projects.
• Advising on regulatory frameworks and permitting processes.
• Preparing legal analyses and memoranda on contractual and regulatory issues.
• Advising on energy-related M&A and financing transactions.
