Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in the Netherlands is seeking an OT Solution Architect for the Energy Industry in Utrecht. This permanent role targets experienced professionals to lead engineering projects, mentor teams and act as a thought leader in AI, OT integration and energy domain solutions.

You will bridge AI and OT, drive client engagements, and shape the COE offerings, while collaborating with a broad team of engineers, scientists and architects in a fast-changing, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background with solid experience in the energy domain.
• This role combines engineering solution architecture and people leadership.
• Translate technical complexity into business impact for senior decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, IIoT, smart factory, cloud, enterprise architecture/roadmapping.
